Refund Policy
Please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your flowers if the box is dented, resulting in flower damage. Pictures of damage would be appreciated. Please contact us within four days of receipt if you are concerned about flower freshness or quality. Our flowers last on average 5 *days (*some longer) as long as the care instructions are followed. You will have the option of a full refund or a new bouquet (delivery to the same address).
Delivery
We will make every effort to ensure delivery on the date requested. However, in the event of a postal strike or other delivery failure we will offer the option of a full refund or a fresh bouquet on another delivery date.
As flowers should be cared for immediately upon the expected receipt date, we will not be responsible for late deliveries because the recipient was not available to sign for the bouquet. This would affect the flower freshness. In this instance, we will not apply the refund policy. Where possible we will arrange for a neighbour to sign instead. If you expect the recipient to be out and there is a suitable place for them to be left (garage, porch or car port) please indicate this on your order and a delivery card will be posted in the door.
Flower Care
Re-cut the stems of the flowers. This allows the flower to drink easily, as the cut part of the stem starts to seal over. Give the flowers fresh cool water. Add flower food. Replace the water every few days. Keeping the flowers in a cool place will help them last longer.
Allergies and Poisons
Some flowers and foliage can cause allergies or be poisonous. Please keep them away from small children and pets.
Flower bouquet descriptions and choices
The pictures of our flower bouquets give an indication of the size of arrangement that you will receive and show examples of some of our many types of flowers. We are not guaranteeing that the exact bouquet in the picture will be delivered. As we move through our season, we choose the flowers that are at their best in the garden. The varieties in flower change each week and each year based on how the weather changes. Where possible we will try to match to your colour request, this is not guaranteed.
